*Advisory 23 July* *Media* *Coverage*. The work done for welfare of poor and needy is given appropriate coverage in local and National Media. It should be ensured by State Heads that the sensitivity of the citizens should be kept in mind. General guidelines are as follows.
1) No photos of the needy getting help should be published.
2) No identity and address of the Needy should be put. If required, some assumed names should be put. '
3) No pictures should be posted depicting violence,eg, photos of a victim with blood marks etc. For strict compliance please.
